If you haven't tracked down the source of the problem, head into your TV's settings and see if there's a firmware update available. Some TVs may require you to install it manually using a flash drive, in which case check the manufacturer's support site to see if they've released any updates for your model.

1.Copy firmware files MbootUpgrade.bin and MstarUpgrade.bin to the root of the USB flash drive2.Switch off TV and remove any other USB storage device from USB ports3.Connect USB flash drive with firmware files to the white USB port on TV (not the USB 3).4.Press and hold CH+ button on TV (not the one on remote) and press the Standby button on TV (not the one on remote) to switch on TV5.Firmware update will start automatically and it may take about a few minutes for the two stages of update to finish. Do not disconnect TV from power point or interrupt firmware update. Doing so may damage TV and void the warranty6.When firmware update is finished please follow on screen instruction to set up TV and scan channels again.
