I am setting up gift cards in Magento 2.4 and have encountered several problems. I am using the Magento Commerce Gift Card module, but I cannot figure out how to set them up correctly for online use. The card is created, but when entering the code at checkout, an error appears "Invalid gift card code". In the admin panel, the status is active, there is a balance. Maybe I missed something in the settings? I would also like the client to be able to send the card to email immediately after purchase. Has anyone already implemented this?
