On my hp laptop, I did a clean install of windows 10, and all the hp software that came with it was deleted. Then I noticed that my f6 (volume down), f7 (volume up), and f8 (mute microphone) weren't working. I downloaded the hp hotkey support and it fixed the f6 and f7, but the f8 key still doesn't work. Then I found out about hp quick launch utility, and I want to download it and see if it can fix my problem. But I can't find where to download it. I already checked my drivers and software page, but there's nothing there. Anyone know how to download it? My device is HP Elitebook 850 g1Windows 10 64 bit

HP Quick Launch Buttons is an application that allows the use of multimedia buttons on they keyboard. Most computer keyboards and most recently laptops come with multimedia buttons and what are called quick launch buttons. HP Quick Launch Buttons is Hewlett Packard's software solution to enable and control the functions of the buttons included in their laptops and desktops. Once this tiny program is installed, an application sits in the tray and allows users to control the applications or action that a single button press will execute. On most laptops, the buttons controlled by this application are Quickplay, DVD, Rewind, Play/Pause, Fast-Forward, Stop, Mute, Volume Down and Volume Up. By default, the actions assigned to those buttons are self-explanatory. Quickplay will automatically open a Media Player of your choosing and DVD will start-up a DVD player. Or, on new models, if the computer is off, it will automatically go to a DVD player that is stored in the computer's BIOS, which saves the user the time that takes to boot up Windows to watch a DVD.
Hewlett Packard, or HP, laptops feature special preset combination keys, called multimedia hotkeys and Quick Launch hotkeys, that instantly launch a computer application when pressed. For example, the small button with the camera icon launches the Windows "My Pictures" folder. The small buttons labeled Fn and F9 play or pause an audio CD or DVD in the drive. The hotkeys may cease to function after an update that conflicts with the hotkey driver software, if the driver files become corrupt or if the hotkeys have been previously disabled. Try resetting the hotkey function before updating the driver software or installing a Microsoft Windows "hotfix" update. 2b1af7f3a8
