When the software send the request to the driver for the first time, it should send the source text. From the second time it should send the translated text. Or at least this is the way how it should be handled by the driver.
Caution: The driver offers the option to translate the text manually to e.g. German, because the software cannot communicate to the control 6.1 that the correct language is German. Not the translated text is, but the translated text, which is visible for the user. So let's see it.
I think, with help control 6.1, the changes are in this software not in the service or the wv-command. For example, the service Windows Live Mail can correctly process this command and the service Windows Mail correctly shows the source text.
