My other daughter suggested I add this recipe to my recipe book so I did. It’s a little different than the other recipes, just because this is a chunkier and thicker fried chicken with more sauce. This would be great for a summer cookout. I’m thinking it could be served with some Belgian endive for dipping.

I have an old edition of Recipes for Flavor in my collection. I need to go find a new one. In the meantime, I will make the most of this one. The recipes are easy to follow and I can make a lot of the dishes in minutes. That is a good thing for me.
After I finished this edition of Guy Fieri's Recipes for Flavor, I was SO excited to start his Barbecue Bible. I am glad that my boyfriend has a special copy that I can't get my hands on. It has the recipes to make all the amazing barbecue dishes that we have tried at his friend's place.
I loved the idea of being able to serve the dish the way I wanted to. The issue was the sauce. I wanted to sauce it myself and it would have been a hit. I went with the original recipe. It was tasty. The version I made was a little watered down. I don't recommend it.
Now I have to find recipes for a few meals that I have had. I have to make a killer garlic prawns. I have been doing them wrong. I like the garlic prawns with steamed rice, just like I like the garlic prawns I eat in the restaurant. It will be a very long process.
I am a HUGE fan of Guy Fieri's. I am hoping he will walk me through it all. I will have to go through every recipe and try them all. I want to know what to cook now for Cinco de Mayo and for Easter. I am sure I will find something new to try.
I just found this recipe. We love this dish and I will be making it again! The chicken was moist and the flavors were delicious! I will probably make it with pork next time, and I LOVE the addition of blueberries. Thanks for sharing!
