I didn't find any means to brute force the other data, but I did find a hardcoded URL in the system. On the server itself, in the config folder, there is a config.json file, inside it there is a webroot key, it will contain the path to the web root of the server.
The least challenging part is the data. The username, password, and other sensitive data like OTP and so on are stored in a predictable and easily accessible location, as well as on the server itself.
It's also possible to use any URL, for example, a brute forced script that will perform a GET to the URL. With the credentials, the server will respond with the API keys. With those keys, it's pretty easy to reset the password.
In this case, we would have access to a user with administrator access and can escalate our privileges. This attack can be also used to gain access to a system if a developer doesn't realize it. A deserialization vulnerability is, at least, hidden in the source code, even if it is not as easy to exploit as in the previous example. If a user can access a source code of a.NET assembly, it is possible to extract the password of the user that can access that assembly.
P.S: Arkham is not difficult to crack if you know what you are doing (guessing the encryption key). It is also easy to crack if you don't know what you are doing (guessing the encryption key). Most of the time, it is just a matter of time and resource.
When I contacted them, most of them weren't too interested in spending time hacking Arkham. Instead they focused on even easier boxes that can be taken down in a few minutes. However, I believe they have more influence in the community than most people would give them credit for.
From here, I was able to take over the server in the usual way. Finally, I created a new account to use and logged out of my existing account. From here, I was able to use the session manager to access the user's files. 827ec27edc
